Winemaker Gary Sitton Notes
Our 2007 Blackstone Winemaker Select Syrah is a
full-bodied expressive wine with dark fruit flavors.
Aromas of violets, sweet earth, and rose petals are found
in the nose, followed by rich fruit flavors which are round
and lush in the mouth. The finish is long and elegant.
Try pairing with pork chops, brisket of beef, and potato
with sausage stew.
