Winemaker Peter Prager Notes
This 2012 Petite Sirah has a deep and vibrant garnet color. The fruit is exclusively from our Paladini Vineyard located in St. Helena. After aging in primarily American oak for over two years, this wine developed aromas of dark fruits and cedar. The long- term aging has softened the tannins to allow the rich flavors of dark cherry, cinnamon and sweet toasted oak to show through, with a soft finish. This elegant wine is fantastic with lamb, steak, and many grilled meats
