•drinks very similar of northern italy, walks the line of barbera di' alba(more fruit) and barbera di' asti(more acidity)
•also a very universal wine, easy to pair with multiple dishes, but very drinkable on its own
•medium bodied wine that is a true crowd pleaser can start the meal or be the main attraction.
A deep ruby color touching ...more... towards scarlet, aromatics that will enlighten you with a lush poise of sweet tobacco, black cherry, eucalyptus and plum, robust spice notes of bitter-sweet chocolate, dried coconut, and vanilla frolic on the tongue making room for a luxurious silky mouth feel, as hints of black berry, rose petals, black olive and fig linger, a dash of cedar and soft opulent tannins finishes your experience
Food Pairings-
•Crispy duck breast, laid on a bed of fork smashed parsnips, accompanied by a warm heart of artichoke salad, finished with mandarin, clove, and cardamom gastric
•Fire roasted eggplant, ricotta, and parmesan cheese stuffed manicotti, smothered with yellow tomato marinara, garnished with crispy pancetta
•Christmas ham, shaved brussels sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, topped with honey mustard gravy and all the other fixings
