The key to the amazing aromatics in this wine is managing the canopy in the vineyard to allow just the right amount of sunlight to reach the clusters. It's an absolutely beautiful wine!
Tasting Notes
Lemon and passionfruit aromas compliment a crisp, refreshing palate of green pear, melon and honeysuckle. Delightful hints of thyme, orange blossom and dried grass round out this light-bodied, summer staple.
Pair with a platter of creamy blue cheese and pear, beer-battered zucchini blossoms, prawns with garlic and parsley, lemon sole with capers and shrimp tempura.
