Winemaker Mitch Black Notes
A soft scarlet in the glass this Pinot Noir opens up with rich garden spice and earthy aromas. Black Cherry, and Burbank Plum are balanced out with a bit of ripe raspberry and a peppery spice. A hint of French Oak and an elegant savory acidity finish off this Burgundian style Pinot Noir. Great to pair with Pork, Duck and Charcuterie.
