This is a classic Amador County Barbera. The nose displays hints of dark cherries, vanilla and cinnamon. The mouth feel is satiny and smooth. Mid-palate flavors of spice, cinnamon and fruit are apparent. The finish is long and mellow with hints of pepper and berry. You will find your mouth watering long after you have swallowed the wine. Pair this with your favorite meats from the grill.
