The richer of our white wines, the 2010 Rockin' One Blanc displays it's oak-aged profile, with creamy toasty notes of butterscotch and honey, tightly knit with peach and ripe apple aromas are complimented by brighter notes of lemon and lime, with a finish that screams of fresh, honey-glazed baklava. Texture and finesse are the stars of the show, saturating the palate from front to back.
The 2010 Rockin' One was fermented and aged in the barrel. Hand picked in the early morning, the cold grapes were pressed within moments of coming off the vine.
