Winemaker Jeremy Leffert Notes

The nose of our 2010 Three Sisters Cuvee is driven by mango, violet and peach. The front end of the flavor profile is dominated with peach and nectarine flavors that transition to beautiful back end acidity with lingering flavors of orange zest. Our 2010 Three Sisters Cuvee is a classic example of the white wines from the Rhone Valley.
The 2010 offering was aged for 9 months in Neutral French Oak, racked, and gently bottled. In order to preserve the lovely fruit aromatics of Rhone white varietals, we decided to exclude the use of New oak.
