From our own vineyard in the Russian River Valley, our reserve was harvested over a period of three weeks. We then fermented this in five separate lots using two different cultured yeasts and one natural yeast. What resulted was a fantastic selection of wines to choose from in putting together this blend. Using 10 new French Oak, we then refined our lots further. Our reserve is truly very special, because it is a blend of our best barrels to create a style that is reminiscent of the style of Chardonnay produced in Northern Burgundy.
