Winemaker Kiley Evans Notes

Exquisitely ripe fruit mated to minimalist winemaking produced this exceptional bottling. Deeply hued and intense, the blackberry, huckleberry, and wet stone aromatics precede a velvety, lush mouthfeel. Don’t succumb to this wine’s allure without significant aeration, or, if possible, consider 5-8 years in proper storage. Either way, enjoy this gem with grilled portabella mushrooms, steak and roasted meats.
