Albertina Wine Cellars
Albertina Wine Cellars is a boutique winery specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon wine made with mountain grapes. Vines in mountain vineyards struggle more as the soils are thinner (3 to 6 feet deep) and produce fruit with smaller berries that have more intense flavors and color. Two renowned winemakers make the wine. Greg Graziano is well known in the North Coast region of CA, while Penny Coster was the winemaker at Jordan Winery, making their Cabernet for 13 years.
