C.G. Di Arie Vineyard & Winery was founded in 2001 by Chaim and Elisheva Gur-Arieh. Prior to becoming a winemaker Chaim has had a long and successful career as a food scientist, food developer and businessman. He was involved in the development of several food products including Cap’n Crunch Breakfast Cereal, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Pudding Cups, etc. Elisheva while being Chaim’s partner throughout his entire career, she also pursued her passion as a painter exhibiting her paintings in major cities in the US.
