Winemaker Brad Loos Notes
Nose redolent of red fruits and spice. Palate highlights wild cherry and cranberries embellished by cola, earthy truffles with touches of fresh herbs and toasty vanilla. Silky mouthfeel spreads pliable tannins from start to darker fruit finish. Nice depth and complexity. Well balanced. Terrific comliment to grilled salmon, roasted turkey or Paive vecchio (a semi-firm cow's milk cheese).
