Winemaker Tim Callahan Notes
This Rose was made in the French style. The juice was separated early from the skins leaving a lovely color and flavor from the rich pommard clone of Pinot Noir. Floral, elegant, right and delicious in flavor. A wonderful wine on its own and terrific with ham and turkey.
