After the first three months, we’re rolling out a list of those wines that made an impression on us. We believe these are high-value wines. We focused on balance and an overall nice experience including finish. Like a good kiss, it should leave you wanting more. Most of these are available through the winery, and if not, through retail chains if indicated as such in the profile. We do prefer buying winery direct as it’s pretty much guaranteed to have been properly stored and they consider hot weather when shipping. Also, they tend to give ½ case (6 bottles) or full case discounts. Ask them, their numbers are on their respective profiles.
