This wine is made in the Australian tradition. We use 5 year old French oak barrels to avoid overpowering taste of oak. We keep alcohol low, in a European tradition (13%). The whole wine is produced in a very traditional way, with no additives.

From our own vineyard in the Russian River Valley, our reserve was harvested over a period of three weeks. We then fermented this in five separate lots using two different cultured yeasts and one natural yeast. What resulted was a fantastic selection...
